How do I create my own element?

I’d like to create an element from scratch. I have the spec URL from the manufacturer and a 2D file. What’s the best way to bring that into canoa?

It’s easy to import a .dxf or .3dm file into your element editor. You can also draw basic geometry directly in the platform, and customize lines, fills and other colors.
